Krista Kastler

As a clinical social worker, I am committed to supporting people of all ages who want to make positive changes in their lives, process difficult experiences, and/or strengthen relationships with loved ones. Individuals and families of diverse ethnic, religious, sexual orientations, gender identifications, and body abilities are all welcome in my practice. I believe that people heal through connection and embodiment, and I use my training as a certified EMDR clinician and consultant as well as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner to support clients in these innate abilities.
